If the BBC, CNN, The New York Times, and all the local newspapers (in some European country) say the same then it must be true. Right? It is inconceivable that they would all lie about something, right?
If someone is seeing this united front of the same information then it is not surprising that they will also believe it.
Despite the evidence of this being a lie.
Despite the fact that there is proof they effectively launder the lies of Hamas, Qatar, and the Iranians through "the Health Ministry of Gaza", the UN (especially UNRWA), and then the various news distributor.
Let me put the drawing here again showing that the major news-sources are effectively repeating what the Hamas says.
I can understand it. How could one accept that all the major news source (I should be careful and say almost all) lie about something. After all they are all enlightened aren't they?
It is the same as it was in the Middle Ages. Everyone (well, almost everyone) was blaming the Jews for whatever was the problem. If a child disappeared, the crops failed, or for the Black Death. So it isn't surprising that Jew-hatred was everywhere.
It seem the Western world is back to the Middle Ages. It has all the modernity and all the freedom of speech, but when it is about Israel, the Jew of the nations, then they show the exact same behavior. There is an (almost) united front blaming Israel, and thus the people believe it.
