I find it ridiculous that Israel is being accused of apartheid policies, but it is being done, even by intelligent people and even by some Israelis and thus I need to address this.
We know that the way the anti-Israeli rhetoric works is the same as antisemitism works which is well describe in this quote by Sartre. The accusations are ridiculous and they only make us waste time and energy trying to refute them. They make us waste precious time we could spend on inventing new things or finding cures for illnesses or just enjoying ourself.
I'll try to address all the accusations one by one and then include them on this page. So this page will be updated.
What was Apartheid in South Africa?
Apartheid was a system of institutionalized racial segregation that existed in South Africa and South West Africa (now Namibia) from 1948 to the early 1990s.
- It was racial based.
- It meant segregation of public facilities (eg. who can go to which beach, who can ride on which bus).
- Segregation of social events.
- Location of where can one live.
Israel
The people who accuse Israel of Apartheid usually lump together the sovereign State of Israel, Judea and Samaria (usually referred to as the West Bank), and even Gaza. We'll have to address them separately as the legal systems are different in each of the 3 areas.

Gaza: There are no Jews living there (except the ones who were taken as hostages by Hamas). In 2005 Israel has removed all the Jews living in Gaza and since then basically the Palestinian run their own state there.
